Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is already included when your purchase. We send our products wrapped with tissue in a simple white or brown box, with our logo sticker. Simplicity is elegance! The package will arrive heavenly pretty. Please note that if ordering from multiple desingers you may recieve your packages seperately.
Shipping Rates
In the USA: 1-40 = 5.95 41-70= 6.95 71-99= 7.95 100 & over= FREEEEEEEE Shipping to USA only.
Canada:
Add $20 to USA Prices!
We usually ship out on the next business day. For example, if you purchase on a Monday, your package will be mailed out on Tuesday. If ordering an item that is personalized shipping is 7-10 business days. Shipping is sent as USPS ground mail and can always be upgraded to a faster service at your request. Extra fees apply. Please note: when purchasing serval items, they may be shipped seperately.
Sizes
Altough we give you the sizes that are products indicate, keep in mind that they all vary in the way that they are made. We will always be happy to assist you with any opinions on sizes that you need. Myself Belt Size Chart:
Returns and Exchanges
We are happy to accept returns within 14 days of purchase in the event they have any manufacturing flaws or defects. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Exchanges must be made within 21 days of purchase. Please note that hair clips and pacifiers can not be returned or exchanged due to hygenic concerns. Shipping charges are not refunadable. Please contact us at heavenlyhooked@gmail.com with any sizing questions that you might have or information that you might need. Each item is carefully inpected 100 % before shipment.
Inventory
We will always do our best to have our items in stock, however computers are not always very fast to input inventory information. If item is back ordered, we will inform you as soon as we ship it out. We will do everything in our heavenly power to assist you.
